How We Work

How We Earn
Typically, we buy residential and commercial properties, take great care of them (improve their value), then rent them or sell them.
We’ve found that offering our experience and advice openly (free of charge), is a great way to meet future partners. In most cases, we find common ground to purchase homes on the homeowner’s terms. In other cases, we discover creative opportunities to do business together for a mutual benefit.
